Camp Korey, Where Kids can be Kids

Through fun, safe, and fully adaptable camp experiences—with specialized medical support always in place—Camp Korey creates transformational moments where kids can be kids and families can feel supported, and free to simply enjoy being together. Through Family Weekends, Summer Camp sessions, Family Adventures, and Camp To You, Camp Korey offers fully adaptable experiences at no cost to families, removing barriers so kids can focus just being kids and having fun. 

Each year, Camp Korey welcomes nearly 2,000 campers and their families—parents, siblings, and caregivers—creating a vibrant community filled with courage, friendship, and adventure. Camp Korey is far more than a camp, it’s a place where kids are defined not by diagnoses, but by who they are. Summer camp for so many bring such warm experiences where kids find friendship, and have fun. Camp Korey is making this possible for so many kids that may miss out on this experience. In addition to kids, they also offer family sessions – creating a space for a whole family to play and find understanding, support, and hope alongside others who truly get it. 

Behind every joyful moment is an exceptional level of care. Camp Korey’s on-site medical center and pharmacy are staffed around the clock by pediatric physicians, registered nurses, and dedicated medical volunteers whenever camp is in session. Each camper receives individualized medical planning, created in close partnership with their family, so care feels seamless and not the focus of the day. Medications are provided in a way that allows kids to feel independent and carefree, while parents can rest easy knowing their child’s health and safety are always the top priority. 

Camp Korey’s reach extends far beyond its physical campus. Through Camp to You, the magic of Camp Korey travels directly into hospitals and, bringing moments of joy to children during long or difficult hospital stays. With hands-on activities, games, and Camper Care Packages filled with camp-inspired fun, this program brings light and fun and activity to both patients and often the siblings who are also close by. These experiences offer kids, siblings, and caregivers something meaningful to look forward to during challenging days.
