We are proud to once again partner with Women’s Earth Alliance (WEA), a remarkable nonprofit that is uplifting communities and healing the planet through women-led environmental solutions.

Founded in 2006, WEA is a global organization that equips women with the tools, training, resources, and networks they need to protect their communities and the earth. These aren’t just leaders—they’re water stewards, clean energy innovators, regenerative farmers, and fierce climate defenders working at the frontlines of environmental and social challenges.

As WEA approaches its 20th anniversary, the organization has already trained and supported over 53,000 women leaders across 31 countries—impacting more than 24 million people through grassroots environmental and social solutions. From bringing clean water to rural villages to advancing sustainable agriculture and clean energy access, WEA’s work is proof that community-rooted solutions can ripple outward to transform regions—and futures. 

In 2024 alone, WEA trained 6,812 women and girls across 13 countries, bringing life-changing climate resilience strategies to more than 665,000 people. These women are leading where systems have failed—restoring ecosystems, strengthening local economies, and building a more just and sustainable future for all. 

As Jen Palmer, WEA’s Special Initiatives Lead, shares: 

“The impact these women are making—not just in their own communities but far beyond—is truly incredible. Many have overcome immense challenges and still choose to uplift others and the planet. Their resilience and light are deeply inspiring.”
