How bidding works
Do I need an account to place a bid?
Yes. You can sign in if you already have a glassybaby.com account, or create one. It only takes a minute.
What happens after I place my bid?
You'll get an email confirmation once your bid is received. If someone outbids you, you'll get an email for that too.
What is an automatic bid?
An automatic bid lets the system bid on your behalf up to a maximum amount you set, so you don't have to keep checking back. Just click "Place an automatic bid" at the bottom of the bidding box.
How do I know if I'm winning?
Refresh the product page. If you're in the lead, you'll see a green banner that says "You are the highest bidder at $$$!"
Will I be notified if I'm outbid?
Yes—you'll receive an email letting you know, so you can decide whether to bid again.
Can I change or cancel my bid after submitting it?
Once a bid is submitted the bid is final. Use automatic bidding to set your highest bid and let the system bid for you.
