This year, we had the joy of hosting a pop-up store in Dallas, where we met more of the incredible glassybaby community and connected with Cancer Support Community North Texas (CSCNT). We are honored to highlight their powerful impact and to share the stories of a few of their inspiring members.
Wherever we go, we see how light brings people together. Whether through a single glassybaby or a shared story, we are reminded that hope multiplies when it’s shared.

Cancer Support Community North Texas uplifts and strengthens people impacted by cancer by providing emotional support, fostering compassionate communities, and breaking down barriers to care.
The support received from the glassybaby Foundation will allow CSCNT to expand their services around cancer-related mental health in North Texas. This investment allows them to continue addressing vital community needs through short-term individual counseling sessions, group support services, and wellness activities—all offered at no cost to their members.

Community is Stronger than Cancer Day
From January through mid-October 2025, CSCNT has already served 910 individuals across their community. Each person brings a unique story of courage, connection, and hope.
“It’s knowing I’m not alone, even though everyone’s experience with treatment is different,” shares Becki, a member since 2018. “It’s knowing you have someone to turn to. As time went on, I was able to give encouraging advice to others. It’s a very safe space emotionally and isn’t a place to be embarrassed.”
When Becki was having a low period, a fellow member of her CSCNT Living with Cancer support group told her, “I’m really glad you’re here. Even though you feel this way, we’re lucky to have you.”
“It resonated with me so much,” says Becki, who is now in remission from leukemia. “Because of what he said, I worked through those emotions and kept coming back to the support group. I’m really glad I did.”

Ken and his grandson Elijah
Ken, who attends with his grandson Elijah, shares,
“At CSCNT, I can laugh and have a great time with my grandson. It takes our minds off our personal struggles.”
Ken knows how difficult it can be for men to seek help.
“As men, when we start the support group, we realize it’s not as scary as we think,” he says. “We learn how to deal with cancer and not sit behind a TV isolated and worrying. CSCNT is very important to me.”
“Cancer Support Community North Texas greatly appreciates the support of the glassybaby Foundation in our efforts to take the scary out of cancer,” says Mirchelle Louis, CEO. “This generous gift helps CSCNT continue to provide critical mental health services to those impacted by cancer in North Texas. Our partnership with the glassybaby Foundation helps ensure that no one faces cancer alone.”
At glassybaby, we believe in spreading light—especially in the places where hope can feel far away. We’re honored to walk alongside CSCNT and all the individuals who remind us what strength, community, and compassion truly look like.
